I’m a holistic, social justice-oriented, mindfulness based, compassion-focused, and EMDR trained therapist who utilizes somatic and expressive art practices.

 

My passion is in serving individuals who are seeking to cultivate inner peace, build self-trust, nourish meaningful connections, and create joy in their lives.
