About Me
I do this work because I believe all individuals are of value and deserving of unconditional care and support.
As a Muslim Pakistani-American child of immigrants I had to navigate growing up between multiple cultures. My family's experience of oppression grief around being separated from our ancestral lands, and suffering led me to this path..
believe my healing journey, practice of mindfulness, connection with land-based spirituality, and experience of community care allows me to whole-heartedly serve others.
In my free time I enjoy being in nature, music & movement,
learning & reading, and being with my cat, Lily.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
