My name is Jannat Zahoor (she/they).

I see my role as a wit(h)ness and collaborator in your healing journey

because  I believe you are the expert of your own experience  

filled with innate wisdom,  strengths, and gifts.

My intention is to create a warm, supportive space so that ​ 

you can heal and transform.

I hold the space from the belief that everything is relational,

and that we are our relationships. 

To orient to connection can be a challenging practice in our

modern times of oppression and deep disconnection.

I will invite you to orient to connection, to presence, to compassion,

to deepening, to feeling, to sensing, to curiosity, and to gratitude.

Unlearn old ways of thinking & create new ways of being - Replace negative thought patterns with affirming  & kind beliefs

Self-Awareness - Align yourself with your core beliefs and values & engage in what fills you with joy, wholeness, and presence

Creative expression - alchemize experiences and feelings into art 

Healing intergenerational, family, & relational trauma -

moving away from fear, codependency, and  shame &  towards knowing your self-worth, healthy interdependence and caring relationships

moving away from from isolation & loneliness, and towards  belonging , community, & meaningful connection
