My name is Jannat Zahoor (she/her).

I help trauma survivors embody love and creative expression.

I am a holistic, social justice-oriented, mindfulness based, and compassion-focused therapist who utilizes somatic and expressive art practices.  I am trained in EMDR and Ketamine Assisted Therapy. 

 

My passion is in serving individuals who are seeking to cultivate inner peace, build self-trust, nourish meaningful connections, and create joy in their lives.

My intention is to create a warm and supportive space where we can explore your inner world and deepen your self-awareness with curiosity and compassion.
