I help trauma survivors deepen their connection to themselves and others.​

I am a holistic, social justice-oriented, and compassion-focused therapist who utilizes mindfulness, somatic, and expressive art practices.
I am trained in EMDR, Ketamine Assisted Therapy, and parts work.

My intention is to create a warm and supportive space where we can explore your inner world and deepen your awareness with
curiosity and compassion.
