Relational & Liberatory Healing

Welcome!
My name is Jannat Zahoor (she/they).
I see my role as a wit(h)ness and collaborator in your healing journey
because I believe you are the expert of your own experience
filled with innate wisdom, strengths, and gifts.
My intention is to create a warm, supportive space so that
you can heal and transform.
I hold the space from the belief that everything is relational,
and that we are our relationships.
Our relationships with ourselves. To one another.
To our ancestors. To our cultures. To our bodies. To time.
Our relationship to earth, to air, to fire and to water.
To the flora, fauna, and fungi. To animals. To the cosmos. To spirit.
To orient to connection can be a challenging practice in our
modern times of oppression and deep disconnection.
I will invite you to orient to connection, to presence, to opening, to deepening, to feeling, to sensing, to gratitude, to reciprocity, to patience,
to humility, to empowerment, to compassion, to trust, and to love
