My name is Jannat Zahoor (she/her).

I’m a trauma-informed, compassion-focused, social justice-oriented EMDR trained therapist. I draw from mindfulness somatic and expressive art practices.

 

My passion is in serving those who seek to better understand themselves,  better care for themselves, and desire meaningful relationships. 

Through our work together we will explore your identities with curiosity and compassion. I aim to guide you in cultivating peace,

developing self-trust, and creating joy in your life.
