My name is Jannat Zahoor (she/her).

I’m a trauma-informed, compassion-focused, social justice-oriented EMDR trained therapist. I draw from mindfulness somatic and expressive art practices.


My passion is in serving those who seek to better understand themselves,  better care for themselves, and desire meaningful relationships.
