BIPOC HEALING CIRLCE

About

In this group you will learn about parts work, and explore your

parts via different creative modalities such as drawing, collage,

writing,  and movement.

The first sessions will be focused on learning about parts work and

resourcing (identifying your strengths and supports).

The latter sessions will dive deeper into exploring parts through

creative expression.

I work in ways to honor your agency and help you feel empowered.

What parts you explore & how you engage with them  will be up to you.

Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

I live and work on the unceded territory of the Ohlone peoples, where I have benefited and continue to benefit from colonial practices. I invite you to learn more about the Sogorea Te’ Land Trust, consider paying Shuumi, giving to the Ramaytush Ohlone Fund, and share this information.
